Unfortunately, one drawback this year is that the Ice Show has disappeared. We were told this is due to the need for
storage space. If a new storage shed can be built, the park will look at bringing the Ice Show back, but let's be
honest, theme parks rarely bring things back unless there is a huge outcry from the general public.

Tremors has had some significant re-tracking done this past off-season. Silverwood put some serious effort into
re-profiling and re-tracking two major sections of the ride.
First, this area coming out of the second tunnel, which was always one of the most jarring parts of the ride, is now
smooth as butter.

Seriously, this is now one of the most comfortable parts of the ride. The difference is amazing.

Another view of the re-profiled section of track, compared with the same section a few years ago with the original track.
Look closely, and you'll notice the differences!

The other area that was re-worked is the turnaround by the Roller Coaster Alley sign. While this area was not nearly
as rough as the previously-discussed part of the ride, it did need some work and once again, the improvements are
night and day.

The turnaround is now one of the smoothest parts of the ride.

Another view of the re-tracked turnaround. Once again we give kudos to Silverwood for this improvement. The
general public typically doesn't nitpick over things like this, but word of mouth and ride attendance always
suffers whenever rides - particularly wooden coasters - age poorly. Silverwood has made the right improvements
and given new life to Tremors, and it will pay dividends as more and more people spread word of how great the
coaster is.
